1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of HelloKhrap, a free Thai-learning service published by Paynetco (Stéphane Capelli). By using the site or the app, you accept them.
2. The service
HelloKhrap offers lessons, exercises, flashcards and audio recordings to learn Thai. The service is provided free of charge and "as is": we aim for quality but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Part of the voices is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain imperfections.
3. Your account
You can use part of the service without an account. Some features (saving progress, the intermediate level) require one. You provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and are responsible for the activity of your account. You can delete your account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt or attack the service, not to try to access other people's accounts, not to mass-copy the content or audio recordings, and not to use the contact form to send illegal or abusive content.
5. Intellectual property
The site, the texts, the selection and organization of the content and the audio recordings belong to Paynetco. You may use them for your personal learning. Any other reproduction requires our written consent. Some icons come from Twemoji (CC-BY 4.0 license).
6. Personal data
How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The content is educational. To the extent permitted by law, Paynetco is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service or for the loss of progress data.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms. For a significant change, the update date at the top of the page is changed. Continuing to use the service means you accept it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
